My Top five Snack Alternatives for 2005
I thought it'd be fun to list a few of my Top Fives for 2005 and compare in the coming years. So here goes,
1) Apple
2) Low fat yogurt
3) Low carb shake
4) Low fat pudding
5) One cup of cereal w/ non fat milk (I tend to like sweetened cereal so this would be the vice..still better than ramen)
I still have a long way to go but I'd say this year I really made some postive changes on my eating habits. My in-house Physician lovingly reminds me the dangers of obesity -> diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, etc. Due to our work schedules, the gym is not as easy to go to anymore so I moved my treadmill down. It's not an expensive coathanger .
